What do you like best about Mediahawk?

Mediahawk's customer service is second to none; they truly go the extra mile, prompt and exact with their replies and friendly at the same time. There is no small task they wouldn't do. This year, they have helped us with our DPIA processes, providing all the information and support we needed, clarifying details, etc. they also work closely with our media agency to ensure that tracking and reporting are aligned and precise. What problems is Mediahawk solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using Mediahawk to track our static and dynamic calls from the website as well as from campaigns (digital and traditional). We are also gaining insight into social media referrals and understanding our clients' journey across all channels to tag and analyse. The reporting has been updated on their system, which allows us to gain high-level and deep insight into our campaigns, Always On campaigns, and other activities.
