What do you like best about Mediafly?

I like the insights I gain about my customers regarding what content they viewed, who they share the content with, and how long they viewed the material. This information has been beneficial in learning more about my customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mediafly?

Formatting is not super easy to learn, but once you play around with the system, you can get the hang of it. I had trouble learning about the different areas of the platform, but I took training, which helped a lot. The least helpful part is just around learning the formatting - it was not intuitive for me. What problems is Mediafly solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've learned more about my customers. I get to see who from the customer is part of my project. The benefits include meeting new customers and ensuring that the content is relevant to them. Also, having a one-stop-shop location for content is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
