The scoring system -- 'One drop of poison can spoil the whole well' One poor review dislodges an otherwise stellar advocate. Using the median method to give a score allows for the few and far between low scores to stick out like a sore thumb. It would be neat to see a method closer to a mode calculation -- an advocate with zillions of 5 star reviews and a trickle of 1-star reviews will be represented as 5 stars or 'Stellar'. If the 1-star reviews become a trend, only then do they bubble up to the surface to uncover a potential issue with the advocate and not merely an angry customer passing by.
