The thing that makes MDaemon Email Server special is how simple it makes managing email. It has heaps of spam filtering and security features, which provides you a sense of security when you actually handle sensitive communications. I also like how it tethers with other programs such as our CRM to multiply productivity. That central management of multiple domains is a real plus in making our administrative tasks much simpler. The only disadvantage you could consider while using MDaemon Email Server is the slow availability of customer support option. Using the whole platform, I have little troubles, but when we have something more specific, it is difficult to find clear solutions in the documentation.
