I love the ability to check for coverage with most payers. If you have no idea of what insurance a patient has, MD Clarity can give you an idea of who their coverage is through though I wish it could pinpoint more accurately, especially for BCBS plans. We use it most frequently for calculating benefits and it works very well for this. We calculate estimates for surgery and can create a letter, send it to patients, and verify that they have viewed it all in the program. This is a great program for that.
