What do you like best about MCUBE IVRS?
Well first of all having an IVRS in company is mandatory. Mcube IVRS offers that solution with many features like Round robin system. recoding of all calls is best to imporve call pitches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about MCUBE IVRS?
Well old version was bit tricky to handle reports but after upgrade to mcube 2.0 it became easier. so overall not nothing to dislike. yes costing could be a problem because it is chargable per user base. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
