What do you dislike about McLean & Company?

It is always hard to switch Engagement tools providers. They did their best to map the trending questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is McLean & Company solving and how is that benefiting you?

I take advantage of the McLean membership already and having the engagement survey including in the membership saved my organization significant costs. Also, the McLean benchmarking group was more robust than our past provider and they were able to segment our results for our complex organizational structure and provide us a custom trending report that we will be able to manually leverage to track trends from our last survey provider.
