What do you like best about Maze?

What I like most about Maze is how quickly it lets us set up unmoderated usability tests and gather actionable insights. The interface is very intuitive, so it’s easy to build “mazes” from our Figma prototypes in just a few minutes. Rather than waiting weeks for scheduled user interviews, we can simply share a link and start getting clear, visual heatmaps and completion rates within hours. What do you dislike about Maze?

Maze is an excellent tool for unmoderated testing, but the pricing plans can feel a bit restrictive for smaller teams or freelancers. I’d also love to see more advanced customization options for the test UI, so it can better align with our brand guidelines and overall look and feel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Maze solving and how is that benefiting you?

Problems is Maze Solving : We were dealing with long design feedback loops and spending development resources on ideas that hadn’t been validated yet. Maze addresses this by letting us easily connect our Figma prototypes and run unmoderated usability tests with real users early on, even during the wireframing phase.

Benefit : It has genuinely streamlined our design validation process. Rather than guessing how users will navigate a new feature, we can quickly see misclick maps, heatmaps, and clear success rates.
