**What do you like best about Mayple?**

Super easy to participate and did not take a lot from my working day.  The staff was knowledeable and I feel confident they had our interest in mind and did not judge us for some obvious things we were missing.

**What do you dislike about Mayple?**

While it was great to be hands off.  Sometimes I was confused where in the process things were.  I also felt like my consultant knew more of what was going on in terms of progress than Mayple.

**What problems is Mayple solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After a company shake up, we needed some assistance getting our Mailchimp tool working efficiently for us.  Mayple helped to facilitate that doing all the heavy lifting with minimal use of my time.  The results were just what we needed to get us moving in the correct direction again.

The questions asked at the discovery meeting were areas I had not considered. This was revelatory and helped us rethink how we communicate with customers.

I did not find anything I dislike. There were other people in the meeting that didn't contribute, but I assumed they were training.

**Recommendations to others considering Mayple:**

The service for MailChimp is free. There is only benefit to gain in having professionals look over your systems objectively.

**What problems is Mayple solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maple reviewed our MailChimp structure and identified some key areas for improvement. We also identified areas where we are doing well and need to ramp up investment.

Great customer service - went above and beyond.

**What do you dislike about Mayple?**

They were not as knowledgable about the new SMS features that Mailchimp offers as the email services.

**What problems is Mayple solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a Mailchipm Health Check to learn about how to better manage our audiences and recieved great advice to help us reach more subscribers.

**What do you like best about Mayple?**

I cannot recommend anything about the service since their team was unresponsive.

**What do you dislike about Mayple?**

They have automated email sequences to connect with a prospective customer, but I didn't receive any clarity from the team after I responded to it. The matching time says 48 hours after the brief is submitted, but it's been over 4 days and there hasn't been any communication from their side.

**Recommendations to others considering Mayple:**

So Mayple is primarily meant to be a middleman between agencies and brands looking for digital marketing services. Their sole job is to communicate efficiently. Because of my experience, I do not feel confident about receiving prompt and clear communication from Mayple after I have invested in their services.

**What problems is Mayple solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I really liked the concept of the service and was excited to test it out. But unfortunately, no one from the team reverted back to me after the initial call in spite of my following up. I spent over an hour filling out their onboarding brief, so ultimately it was a waste of my time.

Robbie was so quick to respond to any of our questions, explained everything very clearly and was a pleasure to work with any time we interacted, he really went above and beyond (cannot express that enough) to make sure that we got the best service possible.

Nothing! It worked really well to communicate with them through our existing channels.

The team really caters your projects around your specific needs and has great industry knowledge to provide actionable insights.

We were looking to create better email sequences, automation and reporting. Robbie was able to look through our current promotions and provide unique insights for how to improve our workflows.

nothing really terrible but the meetings were reschedule a few times not sure why.  it could have been on my end.

Great team of experts for small to medium size ecomerce retailers that need support on running a successful email campaign.

Developped an email campaign strategy based on a health check audit.  Identified the top 3 areas of improvement:
integrations, automations & journeys, segmentation and overall email best practices.

Our Mayple consultant has helped us strengthen our email strategy & maximize mailchimp's offering. Our team doesn't have someone dedicated to email marketing so having a consultant walk us through what we're doing well & where we can improve has been incredibly valuable. We were shown how to leverage tools we haven't used before that should should help us grow our audience & increase engagement. We're excited to implement what we've learned!
