I like the checklist format. It helps us keep track of tasks without making a new Excel file each month, reassign tasks, see what’s been approved and done, and reference journal entries and files. The automatic journal entries for bank transactions save us time on monotonous work, and uploading data to create entries speeds up the data-driven entries that take a while to put together. Maxima helps speed up our close process, keep it more organized, and cut down on grunt work. The bank matching tool seems pretty cool, too. Setup was pretty good and easy, and the team we worked with was great. They had a clear timeline and stuck to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm still waiting on the cash forecast they're working on. I also wish the checklist could update automatically when we submit journal entries, or that there were some kind of interface to automate it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
