**What do you like best about Later Influence?**

The reps are awesome because they work with you to not only achieve your yearly goals but also innovate any process to create a program that is truly tailored to your vision.

**What do you dislike about Later Influence?**

The library of influencers are great but if you find someone who is not part of their already extensive library you will have to manually get them to join. It's really not that difficult but that's one. 
This has been fixed and the reps are great at reaching out and taking care of anyone that you want to connect with. also, they have upgraded to being my main working for contracts for influencers before I have my legal team work through it too so it really has stepped up.

**What problems is Later Influence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How to streamline the process between brand and influencer. 
Huge plus to working with them is showing the history of payment for the influencers to see if you are offering a standard price. They truly made this part of my job so much easier. 
It's great to see the influencer audience and how they are getting the engagement so you can see who is someone that would be an asset v. just doing it for the $$.

  ### 2. Later Makes Bulk Influencer Management Fast and Effortless

**What do you like best about Later Influence?**

I like how easy Later makes working with influencers in bulk. My main problem before was that for every influencer I wanted to work with, I would have to get them set up as a vendor, fill out a bunch of paperwork, and process payments. Each step could take up to weeks! Now, each step takes a significantly less amount of time and I have been able to increase influencer count from 4 to about 70 a month.

**What do you dislike about Later Influence?**

I struggle with some glitches that occur that delay the process. I also wish there was a way that when a campaign includes influencer spark codes there was somewhere for those influencers to imput the codes easily, because I find that even though I have set two reminders for it, I am still having to personally email 95% of influencers asking for the codes after. It could also be cool to have an easier way to negotiate (kind of like how on Depop you can negotiate easily lol)

**What problems is Later Influence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving:
- We struggled with ability to work with multiple influencers at once. Now we have gone from 4 influencers a month to about 70 influencers a month! Which has greatly increased our metrics. 
- Time saving. Before, it would take me weeks of waiting for vendors to be created and payments to be made. Now, there is no need for a vendor creation, and payments are made way quicker and influencers are moved through the process way quicker with automated messages!

**What do you like best about Later Influence?**

I like that the team feels like an extension of my company, so we can work directly and closely with them to achieve all of our influencer goals. The platform itself is easy to navigate and gives a thorough deep dive on influencers which means it's easy to jump right in without a ton of training. It's also great that it can be shared across our organization for certain parts of the campaign without having to give everyone full access. Having the Later Influence team is super valuable since we're seeing a great return on our investment.

**What do you dislike about Later Influence?**

One issue I have seen across every influencer platform is the difficulty some influencers have in connecting their accounts, but I have learned this is not the platform's problem, but instead an API problem with the social networks. Other than that, so far, I have not had any things that need to be improved, but I have only been working with them for a few months now.

**Recommendations to others considering Later Influence:**

Mavrck is a wonderful tool if you are looking to work with established influencers and are in need of a database to begin your search.

**What problems is Later Influence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Later Influence fills the gaps in our influencer program, removing the need for internal bandwidth. The Later team acts like an extension of my company, making influencer management seamless. The platform's user-friendly interface and deep influencer insights make campaign execution efficient.

**What do you like best about Later Influence?**

I love that Later Influence provides great structure for campaigns and a complete system that guides you from sourcing creators at the beginning to completing posts and payments at the end. The automation in the campaigns is really helpful, ensuring that creators move to the proper stages and receive workflow messages, which alleviates many tasks and makes the steps flow nicely. The ability to request a campaign setup or a sourcing request to get a list of creators is extremely helpful, especially for teams that need a little help with bandwidth. The setup process was relatively easy because you can set up calls with the Later Influence team/support, who walks you through whatever you need help with step by step, offering plenty of resources. It's easy and efficient to manage campaigns with Later Influence.

**What do you dislike about Later Influence?**

We have a very niche business and therefore need really specific creators for our campaigns, so it can be hard to find the right people for our campaigns at times.

**What problems is Later Influence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Later Influence to efficiently manage micro-influencer and UGC campaigns. It provides structure, automation, and a complete system from sourcing creators to post and payment completion. The campaign setup and sourcing requests are especially helpful, ensuring a smooth workflow.

**What do you like best about Later Influence?**

I like that Later Influence is easy to use for the most part. We're really enjoying the campaign tool, especially the ability to create a separate seeding option just for seeding products and another option where influencers can get paid for participating in our campaigns. I also appreciate that it's a helpful database keeper, allowing us to keep everything in one place. Additionally, the team we're working with is lovely, making the process pleasant, even though we're still setting it up.

**What do you dislike about Later Influence?**

I do wish I could make my own campaigns by adding people who I have on my previous list versus having to send them all a link to sign in. It's been a process. We're still in process. I do wish it was a bit easier and one meeting could solve it all, but it's a hefty thing to set up.

It'll help us keep everything in one database.

**What do you like best about Later Influence?**

It's been a great tool to get a large variety of UGC for our company to use while also working with influencers on their channels. Plus, having he paid service hours makes it even more manageable to run campaigns at the same time.

**What do you dislike about Later Influence?**

Sometimes it can be difficult to tell who will be a reliable influencer to work with. We've had people stop communicating with us after sending them product and that can be frustrating. Would be helpful if companies could rate the influencers on the platform so we have a better idea of who is more reliable.
The influencer analytics aren't always the most accurate either.

**What problems is Later Influence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing us to scale our social media content library through UGC campaigns and also work with a large number of influencers. Later is also taking care of the invoicing which saves us quite a bit of time.

What I like best about Later Influence is the exceptional team we work with and the comprehensive support they provide. We run about campaigns a month, and both the integration and implementation processes have been seamless from the start. The user-friendly platform, along with their extensive influencer network, simplifies campaign management. Their white glove service, flexibility, and organized approach ensure we easily connect with the right influencers. Later Influence has been a true strategic partner, consistently demonstrating their expertise. They keep us updated at every stage, address any issues promptly, and provide valuable performance metrics, making them a partnership we truly value.

**What do you dislike about Later Influence?**

While our experience with Later Influence has been overwhelmingly positive, occasional issues do arise. I would say the one issue we have been running into is with outreach a lot of the influencers think an AI bot is reaching out to them. I can't help but wonder if a different approach can be taken that is more human than an automated system. We ran into this issue with a recent campaign where the Later team did not hear back from any influencers, but when I reached out I was able to get responses.

Later Influence is solving our challenge of effectively saturating the creator market with our products and driving conversion. They provide us with a streamlined resource to connect with a wide range of influencers across various content types, which helps us build brand awareness and forge valuable relationships with creators. Through their platform, we can easily test out new social media features, leverage trends, and build loyalty and trust with both creators and audiences. Later Influence also plays a vital role in expanding our reach and connecting us with diverse audience demographics, making it an invaluable asset to our marketing strategy.

I like that Later Influence is easy to use and has all of the reporting tools that I need. The reporting tools allow us to look back and learn from each campaign, helping us see what performed well and enabling us to optimize our briefs moving forward. It lets us see the campaign metrics for reach, engagements, and clicks, which is great. The platform is very user-friendly.

I think our biggest struggle is finding influencers who are going to help expand our reach. We want to have those viral moments with our influencers and we are just looking for ways to help improve our campaigns to reach these goals.

**What do you like best about Later Influence?**

Later provides everything a creator needs to be successful. There is a spot to apply for partnerships, keeps track of our current partnerships, gives us an amazing link in bio tool and most importantly the dashboard is easy to navigate! I love how I can easily go to my current partnerships and I can find all the required information, brief, and hashtags required for a project!

**What do you dislike about Later Influence?**

The only thing I think I find a a little troubling is applying and having to read on the terms and conditions each time, it doesn't work on my phone each time and I have to pull out my laptop. Other than that no complaints!

**What problems is Later Influence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping my partnerships in one spot, and reminding me of the required hashtags and tags when submitting work.
