What do you like best about Mattermost?

What I like best about Mattermost is its balance between security, flexibility, and usability. The platform provides a familiar team messaging experience while giving organizations full control over their data through self-hosting. It integrates well with development and DevOps workflows, supports channels, file sharing, and powerful search, and offers extensive customization through plugins and APIs. What do you dislike about Mattermost?
