"Matrix: Making Quality Management More Efficient"

What do you like best about Matrix Req?

Once familiar with the system, accessing documents, records, training, and other modules is quite smooth. Reliable and performs well for routine activities, including handling a large volume of quality and compliance records. Provides good value for organizations in regulated industries by reducing manual work and improving traceability. Onboarding and training are straightforward, and the system is easy to understand after initial training. Automation and smart features such as notifications, training tracking, document control, and compliance monitoring help reduce manual effort. Matrix works well as a centralized QMS platform and integrates different quality processes such as document control, training, calibration, requirements, and compliance management within one system. What do you dislike about Matrix Req?

Occasionally, the system experiences bugs and screen-overlap issues, which can make navigation frustrating. At times, the software also becomes slow, particularly when working with multiple records or modules. Improving system stability, screen responsiveness, and overall speed would significantly improve the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Matrix Req solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, we relied heavily on hard-copy records, which made document management and audits time-consuming. We struggled with carrying and organizing large piles of records in the audit room and retrieving documents whenever auditors requested them.

After implementing Matrix Req, we can manage and retrieve our QMS records digitally from a single platform. During audits, we now carry only one laptop instead of multiple files and paper records. Documents and records are readily available with clear traceability, making the audit process much more efficient. Auditors have also been very impressed with the system, particularly the easy access, organization, and traceability of records.

Overall, Matrix has significantly reduced our dependence on paper records, simplified audit preparation, and made document retrieval faster and more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
