What do you like best about Matomo (Formerly Piwik)?

It’s very easy to sort through and view data. It feels like a big improvement over other data collection platforms, especially with the ability to customise reports and customer journeys in a straightforward way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Matomo (Formerly Piwik)?

Not much to dislike really. Possibly have the option to create a bespoke menu for the most used functions based on a users preference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Matomo (Formerly Piwik) solving and how is that benefiting you?

The platform is helpful for data collection and compiling. It also makes it easier to trace user journeys and identify where people drop off along the path.
