What do you like best about Mathilda?

What do you dislike about Mathilda?

Take up my time to think further what I want to assess for each role when creating a new role but I know its beneficial for the company at the end. Its a matter of getting used to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mathilda solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lots of problems resolved

1) Helped me to keep track of the schedules and chase the hiring manager (Boss or CTO). I can breathe a bit more and have more time to source for candidates.

2) I feel that we hired more accurate employees after using Mathilda.

3) I received fewer emails asking me for feedback.

4) Make me think and have a clearer alignment with the hiring manager.
