The biggest win for me was the setup. It connects straight via API, so I didn’t have to mess around with MX records or risk breaking our email flow. It just sits on top of Google and does its thing.
I’m also a big fan of the "Speed Bump" feature. If someone tries to open an old email that has sensitive info or attachments in it, it pops up an MFA prompt. It gives me a lot of peace of mind knowing that even if a user's Google account gets breached, a hacker can't just dump and steal years of archived data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
