What do you like best about MasterControl Quality Management System?

MasterControl provides a well-developed document management system. Their team strives to improve and grow their product. They provide numerous configuration options to cover potential areas where customers may want to expand the software. The modular software allows adding only the features that are needed. What do you dislike about MasterControl Quality Management System?

Most of the software is centered around life sciences and the medical industry. This leads to the inclusion of many more checks and balances in the system than we require as a manufacturer that only seeks to meet to ISO 9001. There are configuration options available to fit our situation so this is only a minor issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MasterControl Quality Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use MasterControl to manage the revision and distribution of our Quality Management System documents. We also use MasterControl to document training activities relative to these documents. The software allows for electronic collaboration without sending copies of documents through email. Each step of the collaboration and approval is recorded in a central location for easy auditing, which helps during our ISO 9001 verification process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
