What do you like best about MasterControl Quality Management System?

I like having all our QMS documents in one place, making it easy to find current procedures and retrieve records during audits. MasterControl has helped us move away from paper, track approvals and training, and stay organized with better visibility into task status. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MasterControl Quality Management System?

Navigation and task visibility could be improved. The back button doesn’t always return me to the task I was working on, and new or aborted tasks can be difficult to find. I’d also like more flexibility to assign approvers or reject individual documents within a change order packet. The PDF publisher sometimes shifts content or adds blank pages, creating extra work.
