We are in the life sciences industry and everything needs to be documented accordingly. I like the support we receive from MasterControl. We have a technical account manager we meet with to go over our issues, and there's access to endless courses and documentation, webinars, a testing site, and a customer service rep. Right now we're dealing with some issues due to the functionality not existing yet. In AQEM, there are a few headaches: I cannot format the text being inserted into the forms, I can't update the form titles, and extension requests get sent to notifications instead of being its own task. Plus, there's no out of office functionality. In QX, while the audit module seemed promising in theory, we experienced a lot of bugs and defects associated with it and its complexity, so we opted to find a workaround and use that instead.
