I find MassMailer incredibly easy to use, which is a huge advantage for our marketing team. The html editor is a fantastic feature that simplifies creating newsletters, enabling us to seamlessly incorporate pictures and banners to enhance our trip offers and advertisements. It is challenging to add more sophisticated or specialized HTML elements directly within the tool. Sometimes it forces me to use an external editor to craft more efficient newsletters. It would be more convenient if more features were built into the HTML editor within MassMailer, allowing for easier coding and enhancing our newsletters without relying on additional external tools.
