What do you like best about Massively.ai?

I like Massively.ai because it has been a great asset for our website, creating a chatbot that funnels down inquiries and traffic. It narrows down customer focus to exactly what products they're after on our website and generates phone calls, which help us close more deals. I appreciate the ease of use and the responsiveness of the team at Massively.ai. They get back to us right away and handle any issues with determination. It's great knowing we're paying for a value-added service that's taken seriously. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
