Masset has been incredibly helpful for organizing our internal documentation and ensuring our team always has the resources they need when questions come up or they're training on a new product. It also makes it easy to find client-specific information without digging through folders or files. I wouldn't say this is a true downside of Masset, but the initial process of importing all of our existing documents into the platform was a bit tedious.
