Very responsive team. Feedback tailored to company and respective industry. Solves the problem of not just providing you insights but with relevant and practical solutions too. Platform (features) easy to understand and use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Mason?
No qualms as of now. We have recently transitioned from another provider to Mason, so might need more time to judge long term performance but looks good for now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
