Martus integrates smoothly with our accounting software and provides useful reports that staff can run easily. It also lets us set permissions in a way that gives users straightforward access to their own departments. The reports are simple to run and save. The software allows for exports to and imports from Excel, which we find exceptionally handy in budget preparation. The cost is very reasonable for the tools it affords us. Martus syncs each night with our accounting system so actual revenue and expenses are kept up-to-date. Martus has very beneficial reports which allow us to drill down to see the details of transactions. It's very helpful to read the memos of transactions while reviewing budget-to-actual reports. However, the drill down option is not available from all report configurations. A P&L by month does allow drill down to details while the same P&L organized by department does not.
