What do you like best about MarketSharp?

I like that accounts can be grouped based on parameters in the mobile app. Also I like that in the desktop version, we've had the ability to place a follow up date on a completed project/account so that it will automatically pop up down the line. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MarketSharp?

I don't like the app at all. The system is great for storing data and it's easily accessible from the desktop login, but the app is clumsy and hard to navigate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering MarketSharp:

If you are having trouble organizing data or cannot find account details, be sure to log into the desktop version to make all accounts visible to all users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MarketSharp solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been able to easily follow up on completed projects by adding a future follow up date. This is for rehash and upselling/QA purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
