We like the ability to quantify call volume, call length, and quality of calls. We are able to use call recording to verify the validity of the calls, if needed. Our customers can use API with Marchex, if they are needing integrated information for reporting. We are able to customize fields for our own reporting and billing purposes. Earlier on, there were struggles with discrepancies as far as our month-end reports. The customer service there, although very professional, would sometimes be lacking in knowledge; however, they would let me know they would contact the technical team and find a resolution for us.
