I like that Maqsam shows me the queue, ringing time, abandoned calls, and other details. The ratings are easy and clear. I also like the AI agent feature, even though it’s still in progress, and the page that shows my performance and how many calls I take. I can search for a call by its ID and share it with whoever is concerned about it. The tags show caller details and concerns, and I can see notes, who took the call before me, ratings, and statements. I found it quite easy to log in and get started. Sometimes my calls get disconnected even though neither the client nor I disconnect or hang up. I think working on that would help us have better communication with our clients. Other than that, it’s quite good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
