What do you like best about MapTrack?

The platform is user friendly and has been quite simple for staff to lean how to use, especially with the newly released maintenance module. It is reliable and efficient, helping stream line day to day operations, reducing the manual processes.

The layout is clean and well organised which makes finding information super quick, especially for our workshop staff/ or people who aren't quite experienced with technology .

The MapTrack Team are quick to address issues and provide assistance when needed.

The team are easy to communicate with and take onboard any feedback and make adjustments to the software to better suit their clients.

Regular updates are released to ensure the software runs smoothly. You can tell the team is passionate about what they do.

What do you dislike about MapTrack?

None! I have no dislikes for this platform, any bugs or issues are fixed/addressed very quickly and the team welcome all feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MapTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?

MapTrack improves the visibility of asset availability and utilisation. MapTrack makes it easier to manage reservations , servicing and compliance requirements. It reduces the manual administration and is improving our record accuracy.
