What do you like best about Maptitude?

I love how simple Maptitude was to learn and use. Compared to three other GIS applications I've tried, Maptitude is much easier and far less expensive for the capabilities it offers. I've used it in my business for nearly 20 years, and it has been instrumental in making my business one of the top 1% in profitability in my field. The ease of licensing and purchasing, coupled with their customer-oriented approach, is outstanding. Their support staff has always been polite, prompt, and an absolute pleasure to work with, addressing my problems as though they are the most important thing. Deciding to use Maptitude across my organization was one of the best decisions in my 22 years of business. It saves me around $3,000 annually in license fees, adding up to about $60,000 over 22 years compared to similar products. The higher productivity and faster turnaround on projects due to its user-friendly nature make renewing the license with Maptitude the smartest decision in my business each year. Implementing and mastering the basics was incredibly easy, taking only two or three days. Also, the time it saves me in spatial analysis tasks, like attendance boundary analysis, is invaluable, making scenarios that previously took a week possible within 30 minutes. What do you dislike about Maptitude?

I find the latest version of Maptitude a bit cumbersome to use for labeling text and moving text on a map. I also feel that the toolbars don't function like they used to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
