**What do you like best about Maple CRM?**

Maple CRM is easy to use and highly reliable. It simplifies our day-to-day work by helping us manage leads efficiently through bulk uploads, lead segregation, status tracking, feedback updates, meeting scheduling, and client communication in one place. It saves a lot of time and makes our workflow more organized.

**What do you dislike about Maple CRM?**

We have had a good experience overall with Maple CRM. At times, a few interface improvements and faster loading in certain sections could further enhance usability.

**What problems is Maple CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maple CRM solves our challenge of managing 300+ daily leads by helping us easily upload, organize, and assign leads to staff. It also keeps follow-ups on track through daily reminders and client to-do lists, improving efficiency, organization, and productivity

**What do you like best about Maple CRM?**

I use Maple CRM for our daily activities, and it really helps streamline the workflow. It's very easy and simplified, making it efficient for us to regularly follow-up with our students. I also appreciate their very supportive customer support. Whenever we get stuck, we just call them or put an SR comment on the system, and they get back to us promptly. The initial setup was very easy, and I've been associated with them for over six or seven years.

Maple CRM helps us streamline the workflow in our daily activities and makes it easy to regularly follow-up with our students.

I use Maple CRM to handle leads and records for my company. It's very easy to use, solving almost everything for us. I really like the filter funnels as they allow me to see the data bifurcation easily, making data management straightforward. The initial setup was also very easy.

What I like best about Maple CRM is how efficiently it manages skilled and work permit cases end-to-end, from lead tracking to visa outcome. It simplifies documentation, follow-ups, and compliance, making immigration consultancy deals faster and more transparent

What I dislike about Maple CRM is the absence of an integrated HR management module. Adding features to track staff attendance and leave would make it a more complete system and improve overall operational efficiency

Maple CRM solves the challenge of managing and tracking skilled and work permit immigration cases in an organized and systematic way. It benefits us by reducing manual work, improving follow-ups, and ensuring better transparency and efficiency across the entire consultancy process.

I think Maple CRM could be a little bit more automated. The initial setup was a bit challenging for others, especially with the workflow.

One of the standout features is the customization flexibility – we were able to tailor the CRM according to our workflow requirements. The integration options and automation tools save a lot of manual effort and improve overall productivity.

The support team is also responsive and helpful whenever we need assistance. They ensure smooth functioning and provide quick resolutions.

**What do you dislike about Maple CRM?**

The only drawback we have noticed is that the interface design feels a bit outdated compared to some modern CRMs. A fresher, more intuitive look would make the experience even better.

Maple CRM is helping us solve multiple challenges in our business operations. Earlier, it was difficult to track leads, manage follow-ups, and maintain proper records of clients, which often led to missed opportunities. With Maple CRM, all our customer data, communication, and tasks are centralized in one place, making it easy for the team to stay organized.

The automation features reduce manual work by sending reminders, updating statuses, and generating reports automatically. This has saved us a lot of time and minimized errors. Customization is another big advantage – we can adapt the CRM to our own workflow instead of forcing our processes to fit into the system.

**What do you like best about Maple CRM?**

I have been using Maple CRM for about a year, and it has been a great experience. The software is very user-friendly, easy to navigate, and helps manage leads and customer data efficiently. The support team is always responsive and provides excellent assistance whenever needed.  Getting good support is often difficult with other software, but with Maple CRM, I’m very happy and satisfied. Overall, a reliable CRM solution for small and medium businesses.

I don’t have major complaints, but it would be nice if Maple CRM added more integration options and improved the mobile interface.
