What do you like best about Maple CRM?

Maple CRM brings lead and customer information, follow-ups, tasks, cases, and reporting into one place. I like that the system can be configured around our business process, including custom fields, views, lead statuses, assignment workflows, and reminders. What problems is Maple CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Maple CRM helps centralise lead and client information, assign enquiries to the right team members, manage reminders and tasks, and track progress through the sales or case workflow. Having this information in one system makes follow-ups easier to monitor and gives managers better visibility into activity and performance.
