What do you like best about Mapal Culture Suite?

How easy the platform is to navigate, learners can easily see the training to be completed and explore additional learning options at their leisure. I especially love the Career mapping capability, I have worked in L&D a long time and never been able to create a visual journey of career pathways available, that also curates learning opportunities Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mapal Culture Suite?

Some elements of the platform took more time to develop as they were new and as first adopters this was challenging at times. The team were supportive in helping us to navigate and use the various elements to ensure we got the most value from them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mapal Culture Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mapal allows us to host our annual performance development reviews, compliance training, development training, talent development and career pathways all within the one platform. We have also recently began using their engagement surveys for training evaluations and employee engagement pulse surveys. This has increased traffic to the system and we have seen an increase in consumption of our online learning options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We spent a lot of time working on it and it's great to see it bringing value in the field. I'd also like to thank you for being an early adopter. We really value the customers who take on that responsibility. We know it can be challenging which is why we try to put additional resources in to support the effort. Hopefully you'll consider being an early adopter again...or perhaps even a Beta user...
