I love the smooth process facilitated by our dedicated designer, Alin, and our project manager, Jolrey. They have adapted well to our brand standards, making our collaborative partnership seamless. I appreciate the communication and daily updates on projects, which make reporting progress to our larger team very easy. They are both professionals who are friendly and have a great eye for what needs to get created, asking questions when things are unclear, which makes it easy to work through any uncertainty in the brief or design revisions. I don't have many changes to note other than the project request template feeling clunky at times. There isn't as much customization for categories and types of work we need so half the time we end up selecting a project type that isn't really geared towards the work we're asking to be done. It's not a problem because our designer understands what is needed, but it feels redundant to fill out the form when all of the information is in the brief we write anyway.
