"Building a chatbot that can last forever"

4/5

What do you like best about Manychat?

Manychat is easy to use, you can just drag and drop anything you want, also integration with integromate and Google form makes it a powerful platform. I've stopped my mobile app and website and now receiving orders from my chatbot only. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Manychat?

Manychat can't be integrated with everything in your life, you must have more advanced coding experience to connect to your other platforms using API. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Manychat:

Go for it if you have a single business. If you are a Chatbot Agency it's better to choose another software as multiple accounts will highly increase the cost of Manychat. There is a big community of Manychat users on their Facebook group you can ask any question and they will reply to you. Know more about Integromate and Zapier, to get more done with Manychat. If you know some API REST this will highly benefit your experience connecting Manychat to any other software, and you will be limitless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Manychat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Now I don't have to hire more social media representatives to reply to every message coming to our page. Also, I realized that I can build a booking system for my cleaning business only by using Manychat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
