What do you like best about Manychat?

I love how Manychat allows me to automate DMs to my Instagram followers, making my Instagram reels and carousels perform better in terms of views and comments. It's really easy to use, especially the duplicating feature, which lets me create automations in less than five minutes, saving me hours each week. I also appreciate how fast it lets me deliver landing pages or sales pages to people interested in my products, maintaining consistency across all my posts. The initial setup was very easy thanks to the templates they offer, and once I got used to it, duplicating past campaigns became a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Manychat?

What problems is Manychat solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Manychat to automate DMs on Instagram, boosting my reels and carousels. It saves me from manually responding to DMs and lets me quickly deliver landing and sales pages.
