What do you like best about Manual.to?

Manual.to is a company that meets today’s business needs by capturing know how and turning it into instantly clear instructions, in a format that appeals to all generations (from youtube to tiktok).

As an early adopter in pharma, we initially created work instructions by filming every individual step. Once completed, it was worth the effort, but Manual.to soon embraced the advancements that could be made: generating ready-to-use instructions from a single video with AI. This has been a major time saver en usage enabler.

I have now used it in the pharma, medical device, and food industries, and adoption almost happens by itself because everyone - from top to bottom - quickly embraces how easy it is to use.

What do you dislike about Manual.to?

Honestly, there’s nothing I’m really missing. Whatever I’ve needed has always been there, or it has been developed over time. I also like that you can activate only what you need for your current environment, ranging from mega simple setups to GMP proof. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Manual.to solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have used manual.to in logistics to document SAP processes, and in the medical device industry to document manufacturing processes. I have also used it to create full production line work instructions in both pharma and food, covering start-up, SMED/changeover, centerlining, troubleshooting, and cleaning procedures.
