To convert the current system which was from years from classic to salesforce lightning and its adaptability. To map and track sample and count requests from customers go get the feedback management system to automate segment and track the lead generation based on different domains. The results were as expected with user friendly environment, fully automated with the overall satisfactory feedback. The gelling between Champions group and Mannya techno solutions, is the strength to run the project successful with the expected out comes. We use JIRA for project management. Since starting implementation so far Champions group where adopted Salesforce classic process which they wanted to convert the overall system to salesforce lightning. Which is fulfilled by Mannya Techno Solutions. Mannya integrated Champion Info Metrics website with their salesforce instance which eliminated a lot of manual work for the staff to keep the salesforce database updated. Mannya Techno Solutions provided extensive and user training so that staff from all departments executed their activities using both Salesforce and Pardot.
