Ease of use. It's just a much simpler software than ArcGIS and definitely not as buggy. I like that maps and data is saved within the file, unlike ArcGIS. Easy mapping, Memory usage is low and probably the best part about it is the low cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not quite as robust as ArcGIS. Not as many geoprocessing tool and functions, like ArcGIS has. No support really, seems like they just have an online manual. Definitely more bare bones than ArcGIS but the can be a good and bad thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
