What do you dislike about Mandarin Library Automation?

The user interface is a bit daunting to use use it seems it has not yet caught up with the modernized era of technology. Mandarin also can be challenging to work with if you are offline since it cannot provide data on patrons. Sometimes the software tends to freeze on its own with errors. What problems is Mandarin Library Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?

Every end of term, I carry out inventory, and Mandarin is beneficial in making it happen, and I tend to save a lot of time in my work.

I'm required to hand in weekly reports, and Mandarin helps me develop the data on weekly attendance by patrons.

I also carry out the process of weeding in my library, and due to the presence of Mandarin, I'm able to see which type of books have a little activity on them, and then I remove those from the shelves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
