## ManageWP Reviews
  ### 1. Streamlines WordPress Maintenance, but Site Connections Can Be Unstable

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

ManageWP simplifies keeping a bunch of WordPress sites up-to-date, and gives a modular approach to other services like downtime notifications.

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

I don't know where the issue lies, but I've found that the connection between ManageWP and the sites is kind of unstable, and updates can hang without much indication of why.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maintaining and updating dozens of Wordpress sites is much easier when using a service like ManageWP.

  ### 2. Vertical collapse

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luca D. | E-commerce Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2024

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

Economical and easy to use, the basic functions are quite effective

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

Bad in everything else, the services work once every ten times, continuous problems and ridiculous interface

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

An economical and easy-to-use software that has literally collapsed in recent times: nothing seems to work as it should, and the time spent in troubleshooting increases more and more, subtracting it from other activities. In a nutshell, it is turning into yet another problem to be solved instead of solving them themselves. better other solutions, perhaps more expensive but effective.

  ### 3. Godaddy Turns Everything They Touch Into Dog Ash

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kiley M. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2024

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

The thing I like most about ManageWP is that it helped me realize it is no longer a beneficial software to use in conjunction with WordPress websites. It used to be SUPER easy to migrate sites, clone sites, and have a secondary space for website backups. However, since Godaddy bought them a few years back, the clones and migrations rarely work now, and support does NOT reply in a timely manner. I've been waiting on what should be a very simple response, and I've heard nothing in 3 business days. What I like best about Managewp is they helped me realize I need to find a solution that will actually fit my needs in 2024.

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

I dislike that they turned all of their very usefull addons into garbage that doesn't perform. No more easy site clones, migrations, and don't think about getting a quick response with support. XCloud is very new but may be the competitor to look at, although they aren't quite there yet for me to use them as our core management software.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They used to solve our secondary backups and easy site migrations/clones, but these services no longer benefit me and have wasted many hours of mine over the past year alone.

  ### 4. Very useful for managing multiple sites!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katherine M. | Operations Specialist, Law Practice, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2023

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

We have a large client base and host upwards of 50 sites on our ManageWP account, and their platform makes organizing and updating sites incredibly easy. You can see what needs to be updated and changes, and you can track your website performance.

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

The only things I would like to see changed or updated in ManageWP is the layout of their prohram and their pricing structure. Their layout is just a little dated and can be confusing to navigate if you are working on multiple sites. And I understand the pricing structure they currently have, but charging $1 for each task per site can get confusing when enabling extra capabilities across multiple sites.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We currently host around 50 websites on our ManageWP account. Because we have so many sites, making updates and managing users can be difficult to organize. ManageWP has been a great help because we are able to see a complete list of our sites and utilize their tagging system to organize sites so they can be kept up-to-date by our developers. They have also included a Google Analytics integration that now allows our developers to see how their assigned websites are performing without having to pull reports directly from Google to send out.

  ### 5. Great Way to Manage Many Sites

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tracy S. | Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2023

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

You get to manage all of your websites in one place, giving you a better idea of what sites are up or down or sites that need updates etc.

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

At times the notice of a site that is disconnected is incorrect, but that has to do with how the website is considered "down".

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing us to manage all of our websites at once, getting a glance of the health of the website at a glance as well is amazing. This also allows us to easily upgrade settings as needed for each website without having to do much investigation work into what needs to be upgaded!

  ### 6. Transformed by wordpress administration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2023

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

ManageWP lets me manage all plugins for all of my WP sites from one interface - all for absolutely free. The upsells features are not required - all I need is in the free version which is fantastic.

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

I cannot think of a single thing I dislike about ManageWP.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This solves many problems for me.
It saves me time.
It makes me more productive allowing me to concentrate on actual site deployment and development.
It allows me to keep my sites safe without taking up any time at all.

  ### 7. Great Platform To Manange Multiple WordPress Websites

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2023

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

It's features, from uptime to security, customized reports, customizable templates, and support are fast and friendly. Most of the features here are quite easy to use for both WordPress experts and beginners alike. Their support team is really friendly!

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

There are usually issues when deleting sites, they have to be deleted twice or thrice before it finally happens.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Management of Multiple Sites, uptime, daily performance checks, weekly reporting.

  ### 8. A solid product that ultimately failed to persuade me to stay

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcus B. | Design and Marketing Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 21, 2022

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

ManageWP is a solid, and mostly dependable product, with a large range of features. For a single user it probably represents the most comprehensive way of managing a website. I've always been impressed by the speed and knowledge of support.

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

I'm possibly being unfair, but when ManageWP was bought out by GoDaddy I felt a sense of dread. A good product good very possibly ruined by a not very good hosting company. I saw no evidence of this while I used it, but when I needed to pick a product to use for work and commit longer term, I was nervous to stick with ManageWP. Ultimately the design/user experience felt dated, and the cost was overly complex to juggle for client use. So when it came to committing I decided on WPUmbrella instead.

**Recommendations to others considering ManageWP:**

In my own personal opinion, I think MWP makes a good tool for managing one or two sites, but wouldn't keep using it for larger numbers of clients sites.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WordPress needs regular updating and management, and this can get complex even with just one site. With multiple sites, and for managing client needs, a tool like MWP is vital. MWP makes the process much easier, saving time, and allows devs to productise care plans for their clients.

  ### 9. I use it every day and it saves me tons of hours

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sara P. | WordPress Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 07, 2022

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

That I can keep all my clients' websites up to date from the same point.
I can generate reports with custom templates for each of my clients.
I can ensure the security of my clients' websites

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

Sometimes the generation of reports is very slow (at the beginning of the month).
Report templates could allow more customization.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to update and control the websites of my clients from the same place. This way I don't have to go into each one to perform maintenance tasks and I make sure everything is up to date.

  ### 10. A good option for managing multiple WordPress websites

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tristan W. | Company Directory, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2022

**What do you like best about ManageWP?**

ManageWP is a good solution if you manage a number of WordPress websites. The ability to manage them from a single dashboard and update plugins and themes with a single click is great. Backups are reliable and the white-label reports and brandable plugin installed on clients' websites is a great benefit.

**What do you dislike about ManageWP?**

Having used ManageWP for many years, I feel the system lacks active development. The dashboard feels dated and the pricing model isn't as straightforward as some competitor solutions.

**What problems is ManageWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ManageWP is a solid option for people who have to manage and maintain a number of WordPress sites. Being able to have an overview of maintenance tasks in one place is a quick and easy benefit.
