What do you like best about ManageEngine Patch Connect Plus?

The best part for me is that we can easily publish and deploy updates from third-party vendors through our SCCM system.

This has really helped our IT team keep things

We can now manage updates for things like browsers, PDF readers and collaboration tools, in one place.

It also helps with business software so we do not need to use different methods to deploy updates.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Patch Connect Plus?

The thing with this system is that it sometimes takes a while for the live deployment status updates and patch synchronization to show up correctly on the dashboard. There are times when something goes wrong with a patch deployment, from a party and we have to look into it manually by checking the logs and the different parts of SCCM. What problems is ManageEngine Patch Connect Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?

ManageEngine Patch Connect Plus is really helping us out. We were having a lot of trouble managing and deploying patches for companies applications on all of our computers.

Before we started using ManageEngine Patch Connect Plus our IT team had to do everything by hand. They had to download updates for -Microsoft applications test them and then put them on all of our computers. This took a time and it was not good because it meant our computers might be running old or weak software. ManageEngine Patch Connect Plus is making it easier for us to manage and deploy patches for these applications, from one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
