Very easy to use track IP address usage across the entire company and see any availability or unused address space. Have had no performance issues with the on server database or the backup functionality. The pricing for the unlimited IP address option was much lower than any other competitor. Not had chance to use support yet, hopefully we will not need to, but having used other products from the Manage Engine suite I know it to be fast and responsive.
