The biggest advantage is having multiple endpoint management capabilities in a single platform, giving our technicians a centralized location for most day to day tasks. We use Endpoint Central for software deployment, patch management, remote support, inventory management, and reporting, which reduces having too many tools and improves operational efficiency. The platform performs well at scale and provides strong visibility into endpoint health, software inventory, and compliance status. From an integration perspective, we have it connected to our Microsoft environment, and it also offers integrations with a wide range of other tools and security platforms. While we have not made extensive use of the AI features yet, we see potential for future use cases as our requirements evolve. In terms of value, Endpoint Central offers an excellent return on investment. It feels like a Swiss Army knife for endpoint management, combining the capabilities of several products into a single solution. While some areas of the UI could be more intuitive, the responsive and knowledgeable support team consistently helps us resolve issues quickly and get the most value from the platform. My main concerns are around usability and documentation. The platform is very powerful, but some workflows are not always intuitive and can take time to learn, especially for our more junior techs. Certain settings and features can be difficult to locate, especially for new administrators. Documentation could also be updated more frequently to better reflect product changes and new functionalities. Finally, because the platform covers so many capabilities, some areas feel more polished than others. That said, the responsive support team helps address most of these challenges quickly.
