I like how Malbek strikes a good balance between structure and customizability. The system has an out-of-the box structure without being rigid, which I appreciate. It allows me to work within a framework (rather than having to build from a blank canvas every time I would like to add a new workflow or facet). Even if a function or a service isn't immediately apparent on the screen, with a little thought, I always find what I'm looking for. The structured intake is definitely a big win for us. The AI review feature helps me review contracts faster and turn around redlines quicker.
