What do you like best about Malbek?

I like how Malbek strikes a good balance between structure and customizability. The system has an out-of-the box structure without being rigid, which I appreciate. It allows me to work within a framework (rather than having to build from a blank canvas every time I would like to add a new workflow or facet). Even if a function or a service isn't immediately apparent on the screen, with a little thought, I always find what I'm looking for. The structured intake is definitely a big win for us. The AI review feature helps me review contracts faster and turn around redlines quicker. Although the initial implementation was a little overwhelming, we were able to establish a good rhythm very quickly once we got into the habit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Malbek?

It feels like sometimes in the system, there are legacy functions that hinder the system. For example, the agreement header form seems to just be deadweight and can be confusing to users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Malbek solving and how is that benefiting you?
