I really like the fact that it's very easy to create a business workflow and an approval flow in Malbek. I can create a new one easily, but it's even easier to copy an existing business workflow or approval workflow to a template. It's very helpful for me as the administrator because using other platforms was a bit more complicated to create new workflows. Malbek makes adjustments quicker and allows me to create separate workflows for specific templates. I also appreciate how easy it is to get acclimated as a new user. I started with the company five months ago, and I can already create workflows, new templates, configure contract documents to auto-populate, and create conditional language and clauses. I think a little bit of improvement in the reporting process. Some of the functions in the reporting, like the facet 'waiting for approval from', I would love to be able to filter by that, but it's not available to be filtered. I can display it, but I can't filter it out, so I can't have customized reports that immediately show what's waiting on specific approvers. Also, as a CLM administrator, I would love to be able to create reports and actually share them out to people without waiting for them to subscribe to the reports. And, I'd like to be able to clone a report instead of having to create a new report every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
