What do you like best about MakersHub?

It saves a ton of time in AP processing. We used to spend hours manually entering invoices and receipts to QB and there were many mistakes. Now we can enter in our invoices and receipts in a fraction of the time and they are far more accurate due to the AI document reading capabilities Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MakersHub?

I wish there was insurance tracking for our subcontractors. That is a big blind spot for many companies, and it would be amazing if MakersHub had a system that tracked when subs insurance expired, notified us, wouldn't allow payments to go through without active insurance, and reached out to the sub for an updated insurance form for us. What problems is MakersHub solving and how is that benefiting you?

It removed a lot of human error found in AP manual entering. It also provides a valuable record of all previous invoices and payments. We can easily look at the archive to answer questions like "did we receive an invoice from such-and-such sub" or "has this check been delivered yet or not?" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
