"MakersHub for the win"

What do you like best about MakersHub?

We use MakersHub to enter bills for companies, and it has made a big difference in our accounts payable work.

The biggest win is data capture. I upload a bill, and MakersHub pulls the details out for me, including individual line items, instead of me typing everything by hand. It handles long, messy invoices well, which previously took hours to enter.

The QuickBooks sync is reliable. Bills, vendor changes and payment statuses stay matched between the two systems, so I’m not double-checking everything or fixing mismatches later.

I also like the approval workflows. It gives us much better control without slowing things down.

Overall, MakersHub has saved me hours and cut down on data-entry errors. I’d recommend it to anyone handling a high volume of bills. Also the team at MakersHub has been a tremendous help and takes our feedback to create new features that benefit us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MakersHub?

What problems is MakersHub solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before MakersHub, entering bills for companies meant a lot of manual typing, especially for long invoices with many line items. It was time-consuming, and it was easy to make data-entry mistakes or have things get out of sync with QuickBooks.
