I like that MakersHub can very easily convert bills from PDFs or emails and recognizes which department they should be allocated to, streamlining the process. It cuts down the time it takes to process bills significantly and saves a lot of errors by pre-filling information and ensuring accuracy with hard-coded classifications. The conditional logic and the ability to read bills take a lot of the guesswork out of things and speed up the process, as we don't have to constantly look things up or remember how to code something. The setup was definitely the easiest I've had, and despite the complexity of the system, the team at MakersHub is very helpful, walking us through everything to ensure correct setup. There isn't anything I dislike about MakersHub. Some wish list, like-to-haves, would be the ability to upload a spreadsheet of bill data. It would also be nice if there were some sort of reporting functions so I could pull reports with certain data. I would like it if we could do some sort of webhooks or a cloud extension so I could connect different apps to MakersHub for more context.
