What do you like best about MakersHost?

MakersHost is an affordable web hosting service that offers a number of features not generally found in other providers. For example, you'll get a global CDN and SSD storage, as well as a built-in optimization suite to help your site load quickly and work efficiently. What do you dislike about MakersHost?

What I dislike: (1) The control panel is slow; (2) The lack of a proper agency panel (I need to create my clients' accounts myself); (3) No automatic backup solution (currently backup solution is the manual backup tool). Recommendations to others considering MakersHost:

MakersHost is one of the best web hosting companies out there. They are super affordable, but you get top-of-the-line service. I host my sites with them and they have been rock solid. What problems is MakersHost solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were having problems with our previous web host, with problems like server downtime. Things started to go downhill and we were having issues with the server.
