Allows multi-level automations with easy use and many features. It has various integrations and options, enabling almost all types of simple automations, making it possible and affordable to use custom automations even for small businesses. The integration with AI is fluid and offers several options, such as Gemini, GPT, and various versions. I never needed support, but the onboarding and usage guidelines on the platform are very straightforward. It is now also possible to create agents. The integration with Drive is good (except for storing images which can take a while), but the data search and spreadsheet row creation features work well. The only limitation I found is that there is no way to integrate with WhatsApp without an official API (which is expected) and the time it takes to download and store files on Google Drive (because Drive takes a long time). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
